Narrated runs show a massive Shiba that appears behind the player during a loot interaction at the supermarket, the bank, and another dog-world spot. It opens with a heavy melee hit. It leans side to side as if dodging, but the shots still connect. If it is not finished, it has vanished or jumped onto the bank roof and left. No on-screen name, rank, or boss label was shown. A narrator's "six-nosed" nickname is not confirmed as a real feature. One kill dropped level 2 armor and nothing else was listed on that corpse.
